As a dietary supplement, take 1 pill daily, with or without food. Do not take more than 2 tablets in a 24-hour period.

Storage
Store CoQ10 at room temperature, between 68 and 77 degrees F (20 and 25 degrees C). Store away from heat, moisture, and light. Keep CoQ10 out of the reach of children and away from pets.
